Physical Security

Each customer's data resides within their own private cloud where there is a physical separation of each customer's bare metal hardware.  This hardware resides in one of IBM's state-of-the-art data centers geographically dispersed throughout the country.  IBM's data centers are equipped with redundant HVAC, UPC, generators and network connections.

Data Security

Data transmitted between users and their private cloud is strongly encrypted with data stored in software-encrypted databases on hardware encrypted drives.  To avoid any loss of data, your data is constantly backed up to geographically distributed data centers over private lines.  Theft or compromise of users' systems does not result in data leakage.
